Greek Yoghurt and Strawberries

Greek yoghurt and Strawberries are a perfect healthy dessert with exquisite taste.

Ingredients for 4cups:

3 Greek yoghurt (3x125g)
700 g strawberries
3 tablespoons sugar
juice of 1/2 lemon
white rum


Preparation:
The mixing 250 g of strawberries with 1 tablespoon of sugar and the juice of half a lemon.

Cut remaining strawberries into pieces (leave a few for decoration), add 1 tablespoon of sugar and few drops of white rum and put in refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Beat Greek yoghurt with a tablespoon of sugar.
